Positive and Negative Symptoms in Schizophrenia
Symptoms in schizophrenia can be classified as positive or negative. In this context, positive does not mean good and negative does not mean bad, rather, positive means symptoms added to one’s personality and negative symptoms are those that take away from one’s personality.
