E.coli: Another False Trail?

Early analysis, conducted on 23 of 40 samples of germinated seeds collected in Germany, were negative indicated that the Ministry of Agriculture of Lower Saxony. During the last 48 hours, these foods were guilty figure in the transmission of food poisoning by Escherichia coli enterohaemorrhagic (EHEC) or Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC). Offending germs were produced by a garden center near Hamburg (Lower Saxony), which has also been forced to close its doors.
