We all suffer from moments, days, weeks, or even months of depression, and that we must take care of it, so that we can move on. Sometimes it's just getting up and increasing daily activities slowly, others the hardest part is just getting out of bed. No one wants to get up and go to work, but if everyday is a challenge to get out of bed, then they need to seek the why and whats, that brought them to this place. For some it is a medical problem, that has become deep rooted and they should talk to their doctor, for help and suggestions.
