Stop Smoking.

Smoke is the act of smoking tobacco or other substances or emitting smoke in big volume. Smoking is one of the bad things kids or adults can do to their bodies. Still each day nearly 4,400 kids between the ages 12 and 17 start smoking. You’ve possibly heard that smoking and tobacco use can cause cancer and heart disease. And that’s true, but occasionally kids can’t really think that far into the future to worry about an illness they might not get for 20 years.

Tobacco is a plant that can be smoked in cigarettes, pipes or cigars. It’s the same plant that’s in smokeless tobacco, known as dip, chew, and snuff, spit or chewing tobacco. Instead, smokeless tobacco is put between the lip and gum and sucked on inside the mouth. Smoking results in yellow teeth, bad breath, more colds and coughs, smelly clothes, difficulty keeping up with friends when playing sports and empty wallet since cigarettes and tobacco products are very costly.

When you smoke, you hurt your lungs and heart each time. Also it can make it more complicated for blood to move around in the body, so smokers may suffer tired and bad-tempered. The longer you smoke, the worse the damage becomes. Also, many people say that they feel sick to their stomachs or even throw up. Even the smoke emitted, pollutes the environment and also affects the persons standing nearby you and is known as passive smoker.

Cigarettes and smokeless tobacco kill hundreds of thousands of people each year. Anybody who starts smoking could become obsessed to it. If you are obsessed to something, it’s very difficult to stop doing it, even if you want to. That’s why so many adults have a difficult time quitting smoking. Therefore we must try to stop smoking by advertisements, campaigns, which will result in the healthy world.
