101 Weight Loss Tips
Some tips to help you loose weight.
When you’re trying to loose the weight it can seem like the whole world is against you, wherever you look there is junk food and sugary foods staring you in the face. So there are some things that you need to know, maybe not the 101 promised in the title but enough to get you by for now.
Remember to eat frequently, as many as five times a day is good.
Don’t eat too much at any one time.
When you’re feeling hungry try eating a piece of celery. Did you know you burn off more calories eating the celery that it gives you?
Try to chew your food as much as possible, it will make you burn off extra calories.
Again with chewing your food, it makes you feel fuller.
Chew Gum, it will also help you feel fuller, and the chewing will help burn off a few extra calories and tone up your face.
Fiddle as much as you can when you are sitting down.
Run to lunch.
Sprint stairs.
Run up escalators.
Use Soy bean milk.
Avoid full cream milk.
Stop putting sugar in your tea.
Have a grapefruit for breakfast. It’s healthy and full of anti-oxidants.
Whenever you have a free minute, go to the nearest stairwell and sprint a couple of stairs.
Hurry upstairs and promptly forget what you came up for.
Loose the remote and spend 20mins looking for it, chucking everything everywhere.
Turn some music on and just dance around.
Go swimming, it’s the best form of exercise.
Sing, it helps with depression and burns of loads of calories.
Play with the kids.
Get out and shoot a few baskets.
Get a good nights sleep.
Don’t eat two hours before you go to bed.
Jump up and down on your bed before you go to sleep.
Have bouncing competitions on the trampoline with some friends.
Run around the garden.
Spend some money on a ‘slendertoner’ wear it for a day, and you will be toning all day long.
Cycle to town.
Carry your shopping in a basket.
Go window shopping.
Always sprint up the stairs when you are at home.
Sing as loudly as you can when you’re in the shower.
Have a romantic night in.
Run around madly with your dog, or your neighbours dog.
Go to the park and kick a football around.
Go to a disco and danse lots.
Try to avoid alcohol .
If you feel hungry eat an juicy crisp apple.
Drink ice cold water.
Have an icy bath.
Have a very hot bath.
Go to lots of swimming parties.
Play loads of volleyball when you go to the beach.
Hit the waves and do some surfing.
Grab a skateboard and skate to the shops.
Take out the old roller blades and have some fun!
