7 Days Hollywood Celebrity Slimming Diet Plan

Do you want to lose weight by following the example of Hollywood celebrities, miracle 48 hour diet plans?

I  have got a tip and simple diet plan which I name, Hollywood reduction diet, although its very one-sided diet regime, but the test is worthy.  It based on very simple diets, which are fruits, meat, vegetables and juice. It does not include sugar, flour, bread and fat free foods. Salting is also restricted. This diet consists of seven day cycles that will repeated two to three times repeated. So let’s see, who can do this Celebrity Diet Plan.

Sample diet menus:

1st Day

Lunch: 1 egg, 1 tomato, black coffee

Dinner: 1 egg, lettuce, 1 grapefruit

2nd Day

Lunch: 1 egg, black coffee, 1 grapefruit

Dinner: grilled beef, lettuce tea

3rd Day

Lunch: 1 egg, 1 tomato, steamed spinach

Dinner: Veal chop, cucumber, black coffee

4 days

Lunch: lettuce, black coffee, grapefruit

Dinner: 1 egg, cottage cheese, steamed spinach, tea

5th Day

Lunch: 1 egg, steamed spinach, black coffee

Dinner: lean freshwater fish on the grill, lettuce, black coffee

6th Day

Lunch: fruit salad of apples, oranges and grapefruit

Dinner: Grilled beef, cucumber, tea

7th Day

Lunch: baked chicken on the grill, vegetable soup, orange, tea

Dinner: fruit salad

The breakfast will consist on half grapefruit, apple and not drink a bitter tea

  5. Can we change the sequence? I would like to have black coffee in the morning. It is difficult for me because when I eat tomatoes, usually two pieces at least, not to mention other foods. I think I have to starve myself to follow completely.
