A Relapse On My High Protein Diet
I’m sorry to say I’ve put on three lbs. I’ve had some major relapses but I’m as determined as ever to lose more weight.

I am sorry to report that I’ve succumbed to the biscuit/cookie jar!
I’ve also eaten chocolate and cake. However, I’m determined to lose the 3lb that I’ve put on and, thank goodness, it hasn’t been any more.
I’m trying to be strong and, if I feel the munchies coming on, out come the unsalted nuts or cheese or olives – although I have to admit, it doesn’t give me the same hit.
Today I had scrambled eggs and a mug of tea and later in the morning when I was out, I had a Cappuccino. For lunch I had spicy chicken breast with a salad. So far, so good. I’m feeling peckish now and have had a handful of nuts which should keep me going to the evening. This is the worse time for me but I will probably have one slice of cheese on toast and an apple. That’s it apart from a drink.
I’m not going to undo all my hard work and as my holiday/vacation in coming up in 2 weeks, I’ve got something to aim for.
