Sometimes a simple tweak in our daily regimen can help a great deal to reach a goal. Here is what Scott did to help him reach his goal of losing weight and enhancing his life.

I came across something that was interesting and it may help you lose weight and trim body fat. Everyone knows how to lose weight. I mean it is simple: cut food intake. But sometimes people get impatient and try a “crash diet” by eliminating the foods we need for daily energy. This is not a good plan and when people eliminate foods to lose weight, they will more than likely get sluggish. This can mean missing workouts (due to lack of energy) needed to burn the ugly fat they want to be rid of. This soon turns in to an endless cycle, and failure is on the horizon. What to do about this endless cycle?

My friend, Scott, was normally fatigued by the end of the work day. His job was stressful and was somewhat physically demanding. Scott wanted to lose some ugly body fat so joined a fitness center and walked the treadmill 5-6 days week. He lost some weight, but he still wasn’t quite satisfied. He wanted to lose his “spare-tire.” Thus, he started restricting calories. He lost some more weight, but he was so fatigued from not eating as much that he didn’t have the energy and drive to work out most days. His sister suggested he drink an energy drink or something with caffeine at the end of the day, but that gave him the “jitters” and he hated that. One of his acquaintances at the fitness center suggested he try B vitamin supplements (in liquid form). He had that suggested to him from a trainer and that it worked well for him. Scott thought if it worked for him, why not try it…

The next day while on lunch break Scott bought a small bottle of B-complex from the nearest nutrition store and tried it immediately as directed. He was pleasantly surprised at the end of the that very first day that he had energy enough to work out. As time went on, Scott used the B complex twice daily and lost over 30 lbs and much of his spare tire. The B vitamins helped his body utilize energy more efficiently for him to do his workouts. Working out also gave him energy because he felt physically better!

Scott now is back to eating regular meals (healthier foods than before he started his trek to lose weight). He also has noticed he can keep up with the guys at work 20 years younger. His wife says their lives have changed a lot…Hmmm! I think I know what that means! Way to go Scott!
