Best Fitness Class to Loose Weight
The best fitness class to loose weight is class with really high intesity. It is mean person need to really sweat and get heart pomping on high impact. All the old fashion aerobics do not do the job anymore…
I am fitness instructor with experience and only one way too loose weight is to get moving and get eating not processed food. So easy to say so hard to make it practise. I would say the hardest job is actually to fully understand the to key words, get moving and eat naturally. Only little number of society actually know which food is known as a natural and moving mean really actively moving.
So lets explain what the key words really mean.
Get moving mean, do high impact activity more then three times a week for more then 1 hour. So walk does not really do the job, as few laps in pool either. The best class to loose weight is not few movement on aerobic step or dancing class but spinning class. Why cycling would be better then the others. Just simple as it contains mix of resistant training and aerobic training with more of the last one. We need to activate the muscle to let them burn fat. Who is really conscious about that. But fact is fat does not burn fat , so turn this fat in muscle. Do resistant training but what about little time > motivation> equipment> and proper technique, most of us wont get all of that. Spinning will cover a bit of it and for most of us do the job. So try it but really three times a week. It will not work if we do something from time to time. Is same as learning a language,if you do not keep practise it get worse and can not do too much in one time.
And finally the food. Just natural. Easy as nothing. There is no really natural food on the planet anymore not in Europe anyway.All the fruits are nice and with proper shape, like from picture, but what left choose the better hell. So do it this what at least should be natural. So go for this what has nothing on the label you never heard before like xxacid, and been not store differently then raw or frozen. Can fish would not be that bad but if you read a bit about and start thinking about , is this food which I have today on my plate came through chemical processes or just been pick up from the floor or sea, you will find easily what is natural what not.
And little advice in the end it can take a good few years when you really start eat and move how you should, we only humans. Every day is a battle and just what left is to fight on the best front we can get.
