Black Pepper and Weight Control
Now a day’s obesity is common condition among a larger group of people. Because of sedentary lifestyle and lack of exercise, proper metabolism is a big problem. Black pepper may help you to fight your fat.
Black pepper has been used as a medicine since ancient times. It not only adds taste to your food but also helps keep you fit. Researchers have found a substance- piperine present in black pepper that blocks the formation of fat cells. In Ayurveda, it is a commonly used to control weight and cure cough.

For Weight Loss: Take 1 glass of lukewarm water; add ½ tablespoon black pepper powder, ½ tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoon lemon juice. Drink this once every day for 3-4 months for best and visible results.
For Cough: To get relief from dry cough, mix 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder with honey and lick this mixture throughout the day.
Black pepper is also beneficial in curing many other disorders like indigestion, skin allergies and asthma. In addition, it adds a great taste to your food. Now you got a reason to say yes to black pepper next time while having your food.
