Bottled water and weight loss is the ultimate combination for your weight loss program. The experts have always counseled their clients to consume eight glasses of water a day. The norm today is to consume 3 one liter bottles of water three times a day for a healthier life style. What does the water do in regards to weight loss? Consuming one liter of water before your morning walk works as a diuretic and cleanse your body of toxins. Water is the antioxidant readily available as a replacement when green tea is unavailable. Green tea is a great antioxidant but since your body is made up of 75% water, it is best to use water as the replenishment. Bottled water is suggested with your weight loss program because tap water is full of toxins. A recent news report revealed that tap water is full of toxic chemicals that creeps in your home’s running water from the city’s water supply. Also the bottled water containerized condition makes your three daily liters of water easier to measure and to maintain. Do not be concerned about the plastic water bottle, the FDA has approved the plastic as safe.
Do not allow yourself to consume the flavored waters though low in caloric content. Why? The temptation is too great for you to gradually start replacing the flavored water with carbonated soda that will add pounds and sodium to your body. Carbonated sodas, diet or otherwise, has a high fructose level as well. So leave the flavored water out of your weight loss program for optimal results.
Bottled water is a necessary requirement for your weight loss program because water tends to fill the stomach or makes you feel like you have eaten a meal. This feeling of fullness makes your weight loss program easier and gives you the added push to stay on your program. Once you have your one litter of water at each meal along with your daily walk, you are ready for the activities of your day. Midday, you should follow-up you lunch with a 20 minute walk if your daily schedule allows. Follow this routine daily of consuming three liters of water along with reduced calorie meals and your daily walk. You will be on your way to a thinner and a healthier you.
