Day13 Day-to-day Weight Loss
The 13th day on my journey to losing weight and getting healthy.
Day 13 January, 22 2012
I am so exhausted! I feel so fatigued I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning. I wonder if this is from the diet – maybe not getting enough calories in – or from the daily workouts – those are killing me and it is getting harder to commit with every workout. Maybe I jumped into this workout at the proverbial deep-end? With earlier attempts I would ease into working out three times a day, listening to my body on which days to work out and such – maybe I’m just spoilt and should suck it in and keep going. This may just be my body adjusting to the change in routine. Needless to say, there was no workout today!
So here are my achievements for today:
Calories: 1611
Strength: None
Cardio: None
Water: 8 glasses
Hopefully I can get a workout in tomorrow.
