Detoxifying Diet

It is important to consume foods that detoxify the body, which often consume foods that harm our health status, so it is necessary to cleanse our body when necessary.

Preference should be consumed by fish and chicken, then cooked vegetables of any type and preferably without preservatives or chemicals, such as after carbohydrate pasta and rice, and finally beef or pork. The diet should be accompanied by vitamins and minerals needed to stay healthy.

The following diet is a diet that is responsible for detoxifying the body, especially some of our body organs, such as the liver.

The diet should be made at least one day, and then adding new foods to the diet.

Breakfast

Consume fresh fruits like apples, oranges, pears etc. Accompanied by a piece of bread and tea without sugar.

A vegetable soup, applesauce platote A with integral bread or crackers.

Evening Collations
A fruit juice

Dinner

A carrot and celery juice, and brown rice dish

Before bedtime
A tea of herbs of choice.
