After Six is a diet plan program that you will help you lose weight.
A common problem nowadays is how to lose weight. Others have tried different methods just to lose few pounds. Here are the tips you could try. This weight program you will do is from 6:00am to 6:00pm but first and foremost you have to do is get your body measurement and weigh your body weight. Write them in a note so they can be used to compare in the future how much weight did you lose.
Here are the things you have to do in order to lose weight. Before eating you have to drink 2 glasses of water. Eat your breakfast as usual; you could eat what you want. Remember breakfast is the important meal of the day. You must have your breakfast 6:00 in the morning. After that you do what you usually do. If you’re working go to work. If you’re plain house wife just do your daily chores. The key point is you don’t have to eat between meals.
You must eat your lunch in small serving; eat 1 piece of any kind of fruits you like, 1 piece slice of toasted sandwich bread and a small slice of any meat/chicken you prefer with vegetables, And a glass of juice or green tea. Always remember drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Before 6:00pm you have to eat you dinner, eat 1 piece slice of toasted sandwich bread with 1 teaspoon of any spread you like, 1 piece of fruit and glass of green tea or juice. Important things to remember, after 6:00pm your not suppose to eat anything. Eating after six pm your metabolism to digest food is quite slow.
Losing weight is quite hard but with a determination to obtain your goal is rewarding. In just few months doing this program you will lose weight.
