Diet Secrets Everyone Wants to Know

In our modern days society, we Americans tent to live a fast pace life. With our jobs, our kids, our trips, our relationships, and our lives! Which brings me to my point, When do we take time to look at what we eat? Do you make sure to take time to eat a healthy balanced meal, or do you just run past any open fast food place between breaks and shove anything thing that may look like food in your mouth while driving down the highway on your way to a business trip. It’s true, Americans are truly becoming more and more over weight each and every year. This is how I look at it. What is the one thing that will always stay with you your whole life? What do you need to go to work, see your kids, go on trips, est.? Your body, right! So why would you put you (your body) last on your list of priorities? Its common sense, yet, us American can’t figure that out, but Europeans had that figured out centuries ago. It’s not that difficult, we just make it seem complicated. I know what you’re thinking. Europe doesn’t have all these easy drive through fast food places that make it so convenient and tempting for our hungry time of the day on our busy schedule? You’re wrong!  Europe has all the fast food places we have, it’s the same deal, yet they know the secret! The secret is extremely easy and simple; you just have to make sure to apply it to your daily life style. My 3 easy steps! Eat healthy, Lemon and Exercise.

1 Eat Healthy: Its plain and simple, when it’s time to eat, think about it? Is this healthy? Will this meal be nutritious? Are there any extra chemicals, sugars or unnatural substance added, like I said before, Common sense? The best things to have are chicken, salad, Veggies, Water, Healthy wraps, Tea, and lots of other great foods. In the morning what I like to do is drink a fruit shake. I put all different kinds of fruit in a plate then I juice them. It’s a great nutritious way to start your day plus all the veggies and fruits you didn’t have before are all in one convenient drink. I also love the yogurt and fruit sack. Buy your favorite low fat yogurt and mix in some fresh fruit. It’s a great snack. Any ways, my point is you are what you eat so eat right! It’s all about moderation!

2 Lemon: Now, you might be thinking, lemon? What? Yea, lemon is great to lose weight, because it contains acid that cut down grease and fat. Every morning, cut a whole lemon into pieces and use it throughout your day. You can put it in your water, your tea, your food, almost anything you consume. At first you the taste might be a little strange, but you’ll get used to it. Some people even enjoy the lemony taste.

3 Exercise: No matter what excuse your brain tries to give your body, you must exercise ever day, even if it’s a walk around town, or a night out dancing. Always do some sort of physical activity. The best thing you can do is run. Running is highly effective because you’re using everything on your body. You can do 30 min a day, and I’m sure you won’t regret it once you start. There are also free weights you can buy and do some of your own moves. They even have cool videos on you tube on how to exercise so you defiantly can’t say moneys an issue. If you want to go to the next level commit yourself to the nearest gym and actually go.

You see, Sometimes it’s hard to commit to a routine that were not used to, but if you put your mind to it and really make it your priority you’re going to make it. I promise you. You just have to keep your focus and never look back, because when you make it to the top then nothing can put you down. So remember it’s all about your mind, Moderation and Commitment!!!!
