Distraction Dieting
Stay busy so you eat less.
Keeping busy can not only take your mind of food and on constructive activity, but get you the exercise you need to stay healthy.
Fun Activities
Productive activities are surely the best way to take your mind off food. Some activities would be maybe playing tennis, golf, gardening, going to the beach, swimming, and almost any other activity that can be constructively done outdoors. Basically the more things you can do to fill up your so that you don’t end up eating out of boredom the better.
Work
Not only is a job productive to making you money it will productively keep you busy enough to stay away from that boredom comfort food. I mean I would say to get a job outside of the food services area though. If you are working at McDonald’s or someplace similar it will surely have the opposite effect.
If All Else Fails
If everything else doesn’t keep you busy enough you can always jet outside of the house. Go for a walk, go mow the lawn, go to a park, or anything you can think of really constructive to your health. I am not advocating staring yourself here, I am basically just giving you tips to keep yourself busy so you don’t end up out of boredom between your three healthy meals.
