Okay first of all there is a way to lose belly fat. You don’t have to do a tummy tuck or anything like that. What you need to do is work out and watch what you eat. If you do those two simple things you will be able to shed of how  as many inches off your waist as you want. I know it’s hard to do that and you try ,but your mind just takes over. You then find your self eating a jelly filled donut. Well here are a couple websites/programs you can try. These programs I am listing have worked nation wide by various people. You just have to stick to the program and not cheat.

  • Weight Watchers is one of the most effective programs. It really works my cousin started it and lost about 12 pounds in a couple month.
  • Jenny Craig program is a program that works. You have seen her your self on TV. Look how skinny she got by sticking to her program.
  • NutriSystem is another program that works. It’s a real program that were studied by real people.
  • Ediet.com or Ediet program.
  • Go to 50millionPounds.com a lot of people are signing stop obesity.

Here are just a couple websites and programs. If you don’t like them try to find a program you like and stick to it. Or you could go to your local Walmart and just buy simple weights and train at home. Maybe even purchase a Gold’s Gym pass and go there. You can do anything if you put your mind to it.
