Eating Less Will Make You Fatter

Is it true that reduce eating will make you fatter? It is true, eating less will make you fatter. What is the reason?

In general, overweight people eat lots. Whether it is excess food or lack of movement, the certain thing the fat people consume more calories, more than the calorie that is removed through a motion of his/ her body.

From thinking like that, almost all people trying to lose weight by inverting their sense. If eat a lot of make you fat, meaning if you want to be thin, you should eat less. This is causing everyone to eat a diet of less than 3 times a day. And even they are willing to resist eating and starve to lose weight.

But how did it go? We don’t experience weight loss, and for those who experience weight loss, in a few weeks or months we will get more weight than before. Usually people also say, I do not eat and I also do not feel hungry. It happens because the body’s metabolism has slowed down so that the burning of calories will be also very slow. This is fatal because the burning of calories will be very slow. This is greatly hamper our goal to lose weight.

Actually reduce eating will make us fatter. Our body will save more energy reserves (fat) when we eat less, so the fat burning will be very minimal. This thing is not realized by many people who want to lose weight.

The way out:

If we want to lose weight, an important benchmark that we really need to remember is: Do not ever eat with a frequency of less than 3 times. To succeed in losing weight, I recommend eating 5-6 times a day, with smaller portions. Three times for a big meal and 2-3 times a small snack in between.
