Eight Proven Tips to Lose 10 Pounds in One Week

I will share every step I have followed in a week, which helped me lose 10 pounds in seven days. Please note that the extremely rapid weight loss is never healthy.

Here are the steps I took lose 10 pounds in one week:

1) First, I had a day of detox – to clean my body and lose weight faster. I prepared a glass of lemon juice, ginger and honey mixed with water and drank the beverage during the day detoxification. Always hungry, just drink. I felt good, like I normally do, no cramps, no lack of energy, nothing. This was not difficult at all, and I’m sure that drove the results of my weight loss. I know some people make all week detox, but it’s not for me.

2) limiting the quantities of food, because it really takes to lose weight fast. There were plenty of vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, and some fruits (mainly apples and oranges). My new rule of eating was as follows: half of the plate should be vegetables (only tried to avoid the potato too), ¼ of the plate – white meat or fish, and the rest can be fruit (bananas, because they are too sweet and starchy). I know that eating less is not always an option for weight loss long term. But it is certainly an option to lose weight fast, and that `s what my goal was. An easier way to reduce the amount of food is to get a smaller plate. However, eating less was very difficult, I admit. But I reached my goal, and I’m so happy now.

3) I added a 2 blocks from a can of black beans to my diet. I had the beans as my main meal, or divide into 2 smaller meals and vegetables on the side. This is a trick they do not say diet. And it works beautifully, and that 35 grams of fiber in a diet weight loss really supercharges. These fibers cleanse the digestive tract and improve digestion.

4) I started eating breakfast and stopped eating at night. 7 PM was the last hour of the day when I had my dinner. Breakfast boosted my metabolism and helped me burn calories faster, but never thought it would be so important for weight loss. It kept me energy too. I am at least 10 glasses of water throughout the day, and still do – the water cleanses the body, increase metabolic rate, and does not leave you feeling hungry.

5) I distributed my usual intake of calories during the day. I started eating 5 times a day with smaller meals. In this way I never had to go hungry.

6) I limited fats, sweets and not so healthy food, and always felt I need to eat something healthy, I moved those meals to the first part of the day. Because the metabolism is higher in the morning versus the evening, and this let me eat a donut or ice cream once every few days.

7) Instead of drinking the juice, I had fresh fruit at all times. Juice is too sweet for weight loss, if you `re thirsty, a little water or green tea without sugar.

8) kept me motivated and busy all the time. I know that when you have taken, you have no time to go to the kitchen. This question works.

This plan may sound too simple to lose 10 pounds in a week – but follow this plan religiously, and you will see real results.
