This is five helpful way to live a healthy live and to be in the best shape of your life and lose a good 10 pounds.
OK so nobody likes to carry around extra body fat because really..its unattractive. Everyone knows how easy it is to put on weight and how hard it is to burn it off. Being overweight or chubby is just a negative side to your life. But on the other being normal weight can benefit you in numerous ways such as,living longer, living happier, fighting off diseases, and recent studies show being fit make you feel happier. Just by following these 5 simple rules you can lose that extra 10-15 pounds a month, and be in the best shape of your life.
1. CUT OFF ALL SOFT DRINKS

Coca Cola ,Pepsi,Dr. Pepper,Root Beer, Sunkist, the list can go on and on. These soft drinks are taken numerous times in the life of Americans. Everywhere you turn there are soft drinks for sale, or fountain drinks. All of these soft drinks a have substantial amount of sugar added to them. They have about and around 200 calories in a 12oz can.”OK so why not just drink diet it has 0 calories?”They have factory created chemical that harm the body in regular soda for sweetening, but how do they make it taste the same with zero calories? The answer is chemical chemicals and some more chemical that do nothing but harm your body. If you would have to choose between diet and regular i would go with regular because the chemicals are not as harmful. If coke can clean a rusted penny imagine what it can do to your stomach. So the real statement here is to just automatically stop drinking soft drink. So say if you drink 5 8oz. Dr. peppers a week and you cut it out of your diet completely you would lose a whopping 39,150 calories a year! That’s a good 20 pounds without any exercise or weight lifting!
2. DRINK WATER

Did you no an average adults body is made up of 70% water? Drinking water is a major task to living healthy. It is important to mostly all of your organs to function properly. Water can even help digest food or make you feel full when having a meal. Water is needed for your body to cool down after intense workouts. A measurement to how much water you should drink in one day is take your body weight and divide it by 2. Take that number and turn it into ounces. So for an example 140 pounds divided by 2 would be 70. That person would need 70 ounces or about 9 glasses of water a day.
3. EAT 3-5 SMALL MEALS A DAY

Most people think that if they just don’t eat they will get skinny. Yes, part of this is true but you will probably get in worse shape then you were before. When your body doesn’t get its food needed it sends a signal to your brain and your brain goes into starvation mode. It slows down the digestive system and runs on your left over fat in your body. This is a common mistake made by people. Another common mistake people make is that people just shove food down there throat until there full and not eat for the rest of the day. This is also bad because your body gets overloaded with food and your stomach expands. The right thing to do is eat 3 to 5 small meals a day. The benefit for doing this is you will always have energy and from doing this your metabolism will increase significantly.
4. EXERCISE EVERYDAY

Now I’m not saying go and run a mile outside without stopping in the scorching heat everyday. But exercising everyday for about 30 minutes is mandatory for being in shape and 60 minutes a day for burning fat. To have a proper workout you must do good cardio exercises. Examples of good cardio are basketball, football, swimming, jump rope,tennis,soccer,jogging/walking. These all are great cardio, but you heart rate has to be in its fat burning zone to actually lose weight. There are thousands of charts and graphs and calculators on the web for this, all you need to do is type in your age and it will tell you your target heart rate. For max heart you can take the number 220 and minus it by your age. For example if the age was 20 i would take that and minus it from 220. That would come out to 200. 200 would be the max heart rate. Getting your heart rate up is crucial for daily exercise and burning fat.
5. BUILDING LEAN MUSCLE TO BURN FAT

Your body is an amazing creation, it can adapt to all different types of human habits. However may calories you eat a day your body tends to burn off the same amount of calories you took that day. However your muscles are the calorie burners your boy turns to, so the more muscle, the better your body can digest or burn off your calories taken that day. It is important to do full workouts and to rest between days for maximum results. The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn sitting, laying or even sleeping.

Overall, a decent article. However I really dislike the fact that not only did you spam this on forum but you also commented on your own work in order to make it appear as though your article is more popular. Just a hint that this is not the best way to get regular readers.
Still a true and well researched article.
