You are fat. There are no two ways about it. Whether you intended to get fat or not, you are and here’s why:
5 Reasons You Are Fat:
You Eat Too Much.
It’s the truth. Most humans do eat too much. This overeating practice makes us fat. Do you want to stay fat? Keep eating the way you do and you will.
Now here’s a tip. The next time you load your plate up with all that food, turn around and take 2/3 of it right off your plate. Then eat. Chances are you’ll be full and your body will thank you for not overeating. Plus, your next two meals are ready to go.
You Eat Stupid Food.
Stupid food: Fast food, fattening food, too much food, and food you just know you shouldn’t be putting in your mouth. Don’t think you can go to KFC and order that new Bacon Mashed Potatoes and Gravy with Cheese and whatever else they throw in that bowl and expect to not be fat. Stupid Food, stupid thinking.
Here’s another tip. Don’t deprive yourself of foods you love. But don’t eat them daily if they are not healthy for you. Treat your body right and it will thank you (again). Want a snickers bar? Eat half and save the rest for 3 days. Chances are your stupid food cravings will greatly diminish.
Which brings me to the third reason you are fat.
You Don’t Eat Smart Food.
Smart food: Vegetables, protein, calcium, whole grains. All the foods your body needs to be healthy. You know you’re not eating smart foods; just look in the mirror – you are fat and that’s the truth.
Here’s another great tip. For every stupid food you put in your mouth, eat a smart food. Just do it for a week and feel the changes. Not only will your stupid good cravings subside, you may actually discover you like smart food better.
You Don’t Exercise.
Don’t lie, not to me and most certainly not to yourself. You are not moving that fat body like you should and it shows. You may not be a couch potato, ice cream eating, can’t be bothered to pick up the remote when it falls on the floor, sloth; but you are lazy and you know it.
Want a tip? Promise yourself 30 minutes of moving per day. That’s it. Take the stairs, park in the back, walk to get the mail, walk the dog (you know he needs exercise too). Just get your body moving 30 minutes per day and feel the difference. Chances are you’ll discover you can actually get moving 60 minutes a day and not keel over from the exertion. (Again) your body will thank you.
And the number five reason you are fat?
You Keep Telling Yourself You’re Working on It.
You are working on what? Dieting? Exercising? Getting healthy? Losing weight?
Are you? Really?
Here’s the best tip I can give you: Stop telling yourself you’re working on it. Instead, just do it. DO what you say your going to. Otherwise you are going to stay fat.
I imagine there are other reasons you are fat but I’ve given you a great start toward knowing what your fat issues are. Now get out there and do something about it. Stop being fat; start being healthy.
Yes, darnit, your body will thank you.

Instead, just be happy giving your body what it needs and it will reward you.
