There are lots of “con artists” out on the market advertising weight loss remedies and solutions. How can a person know which one is genuine, so as to avoid wasting their hard earned cash?

Some people find it very hard to loose weight. It is as hard as how I’m trying to gain weight. I always wanted to gain weight while my friends and sisters wanted the flip side of the coin. With all that’s going on, do you think it is possible to loose weight?

An infant can be born and as that child reaches two or three years old, he/she can becomes obese. How is this possible? It all depends on how the mother eats and how she feeds the child.

I have been around a group of “thick madams” so I guess that’s the reason I couldn’t gain weight as I was often afraid to get trapped. While being around them, I started studying the human body and nature. On my research, I realized that weight is not something given to you at birth; it occurs based on the type of life you live plus the food you eat. There are a lot of factors that can contribute to weight gain and you have to know your body to control it.

After I did my research, I came up with some very helpful tips and solutions to keep body weight under control.

How to avoid being overweight.

  • Do not starve yourself. Eat on time and in small amounts. When you keep yourself from eating, when you do eat, you eat twice the amount you would normally eat.
  • Do not eat heavy meals at night.
  • Avoid all fats on meat especially chicken and pork.
  • I know not everyone likes vegetables. Eat plenty green leafy vegetables as a regular part of your diet.
  • Cut out drinks that are high in alcohol level.
  • Instead of drinks that contains sugar, drink plenty of water instead.
  • Snack is a no…no.
  • Make sure you exercise properly. Walking to the food store is not exercise.
  • Do not hurry to eat your food. Take your time, as no one is going to take it from you.

Natural Remedies to loose Weight

  • Coconut Oil- Take one tablespoon of pure coconut oil three times a day before a meal. This also works well for blood pressure in keeping it down.
  • Apple cider Vinegar-Take 2 tsp with 8oz water and sip though-out the day.
  • Honey and Cinnamon- Use two shakes of cinnamon along with one tsp of honey, and make a tea. Drink mornings and before bedtime.

With all these tips and remedies, you definitely have to exercise and change your diet. There is a saying that says “nothing comes easy.” With weight loss, being lazy will only make you gain more weight!

  1. I am gaining weight rapidly now…guess reason being I am spend 18 hours a day infront of my computer. I am sure following these would help…but no, i cannot drink coconut oil! :)

  2. Weight gain is also hereditary. You can combat weight gain by eating healthy, exercise regularly, and creating goals that you can accomplish. Great read and good TIPS!!
