Have Back Pain and Need to Lose Weight?

Battling weight loss with a bad back.

Do you have a bad back? Do you deal with a constant struggle to lose weight but ever time you try you hurt your self due to chronic back pain ?

I have the same problem , Its an up hill battle I deal with daily , a few hours or even a few minutes of working out will leave me on the couch for days in unbearable pain. I have tryed everything from walking to a low inpact work out and have yet to find results . However I have found a few things that have helped me to shed a few pounds and as long at I keep at it I believe in due time I will reach my goal and shed all these unwanted pounds .

Here is my little sercert.  Feel free to try these few simple steps and see if it will work for you as well .

1. Green Tea , if you are like me and hate tea then buy the Green Tea pills . The bottle says to take one after every meal , they are large pills but they are said to be very healthy .

2. Cut out all soda , but if you must drink soda , try to drink Coke or RC it said to have less sugar then most.

3. The more water you drink the better.

4. Apple Juicy is a good source for burning fat .

5. Drink a glass of milk with dinner instead of soda, soda stretches your stomach and will cause you to eat more as milk will fill you up more and cause you to eat less.

You should lose weight before building muscles . And by doing these simple things you will lose weight in no time and it is a healthy way to do it. Once you have lost weight then you can slowly start doing simple exercise to help lose the rest.
