Almond will always be remembered as one of the key components in fruits and nuts chocolates and some special disease but there are also many health benefits linked to almonds.

Very few people will believe that almonds can help in reducing body weight. A research was carried out in United States by the Hope National Medical Center where many subjects were experimented with almond diets.

It was found that after six months due to consumption of more than 60 almonds a day helped in reduction of body weight by more than 15%.

The candidates who participated in the experiment were being measured in terms of their Body Mass Index, body fat percentage etc. before the experiment and after the experiment to find the accurate results and effects of almond diet.
