How Did I Lose 25 Pounds in 30 Days?

Yes, I lost 25 pounds in 30 days and I feel amazing! I’m so happy now and I want to share with everybody how I did it. You can do it too! I will tell you exactly what I did and you can try it too. It’s very simple and pretty easy to do. Try it for 30 days. It’s free and it only requires a little bit of will power. I truly believe that anyone can do it. You will be amazed at the difference after 30 days!

#1: No More Pepsi, Coke or Other Soda Pop

First of all, I decided to give up Coke. I used to drink about 2 litres of Coke everyday. I stopped drinking Coke and I decided to only drink water. It was very hard at the beginning but I got used to it after about 2 weeks. I cut my calories significantly by eliminating Coke from my diet. I drink a little bit of milk and fruit juice once in a while. However, most of the time, I drink water. I drink water while I’m eating and I drink water at work. I always carry my water bottle with me. Try it. You will start losing weight right away.

#2: No More Dessert

Secondly, I decided to eliminate dessert from my diet. I used to be a cookie monster. I also used to love cake and pies. I was born in a family where we ate desserts with every meal. My mother cooked delicious desserts. So, I grew up with the habit of eating lots of desserts. I kept this bad habit for many years. Quitting dessert made a huge difference for me but it was very hard. After 3 weeks of not eating dessert and drinking only water, I had lost 18 pounds. I was so happy, but it was very hard for me and I was still hungry after every meal. I decided to replace my dessert with a healthy yogurt. My dessert is now a low-calorie yogurt. At the end of my meal, I will eat some yogurt and then it’s over. Yogurt is healthy and is sweet enough to satisfy my craving for sugar.

#3: 30 minutes of walking

Thirdly, I decided to walk for 30 minutes every day. I get out of my house and walk for 30 minutes every single day. I did not want to start running or lifting weights in a gym because I don’t have time for such activities. I wanted an activity that is simple and efficient. At the beginning, I could only walk for 20 minutes. After 1 week, I could easily walk for 25 minutes, and after 2 weeks, I was walking for 30 minutes non-stop. I walk a lot faster that I used to. When I want to make it more challenging, I walk up some hills in my neighbourhood. I also do longer walks on the week-end if I have time. Walking is so natural and easy that it makes sense to practice it every day. It also gives me time to think about my life. I won’t get injured walking and I burn a lot of calories.

  2. Running and swimming are very good to burn fat. You should also consider resistance workouts such as Crossfit or have a look a P90X. My friend is doing it and he said it really works.

  3. What about ab exercises? What are the best exercises?

    Is it really possible to lose 25 pounds in 30 days???? I don’t believe it. I want some proof and some pictures.


  4. Good ab exercises include crunches, the plank and leg raises. I believe that ab exercises are not enough to lose wait. You need to burn more calories than you are eating. For example, if you have a daily diet of 2000 calories, you need to burn 2500 calories every day in order to lose wait. The best way to burn calories is to reduce the amount of food you eat or to exercise more.

    yes, I was drinking orange juice with breakfast but only water for the rest of the day. It’s very important that you drink a lot of water because water is calories free. Moreover, when you drink a lot of water, you make sure you’re not dehydrated. A lot of people eat too much because they are dehydrated.

    I was consuming between 2000 and 2500 calories a day, but you should not base your diet on those numbers since everyone is different. The number of calories you consume depends on your height, weight and metabolism. Make sure you track down your daily calories and try to reduce them by only 100 calories at the beginning and then you can reduce them by 200 calories. It’s very important you make a slow change because you don’t want to starve your body.

    I ate All Bran for the first week. Then, I switched to All Bran Buds. In the third week, I ate only natural oatmeal. In my last week, I was eating All Bran mixed with fresh blueberries.
