Know how to lose weight without using pills or undergoing any kind of surgery.

Obesity is the main cause of problems faced by everyone, no matter to which country they belongs to. And in order to lose weight, they literally try everything from pills, diets, exercise, and starve themselves to death with no results. Some people even spend thousand of dollars with little or no success. And some starts believing that since it is hereditary, how much they try, they will not succeed.

But before you give up for good, let me give you some tips-early morning on empty stomach, have a glass of water with lemon juice and honey;

Drink plenty of water, if it is lukewarm water, it is better, as it helps to detoxify all the toxins from your body;

 Have more fibre intakes specially fruits and vegetables are good source of fibre.

Don’t let toxins accumulate in your body, as it will lead to more storage of fat in your body. Avoid junk food, which is the root cause of all the problems. Always eat balanced food.

At night before going to bed, if you have a teaspoon isabgol with a glass of water everyday, you will see amazing results, as all toxins will be flushed out and you will not even have problem of constipation, indigestion or gastric problem and early morning you will feel very fresh.

Taking a long walk in the morning, or cycling or swimming also helps in burning your fat.

Maintain a healthy life style, keep yourself active both mentally and physically, involve in some physical activities, avoid sitting for long time in front of computer or TV, take a break and do some physical work.
