How to Burn More Fat
How to target muscles to burn fat.
The fastest way to burn fat is by targeted large muscle groups. Legs, chest, abs, buttocks. Exercises that target these muscles tend to burn more fat. If your doing hundreds of sit ups and crunches but don’t seem to be losing that fat around your belly, then you need to add some type of cardiovascular exercise. Running for medium periods of time can give you the extra burn you need to get rid of the fat. Crunches and sit-ups strengthen the muscles under the fat, but many times doesn’t burn enough fat.
Targeted large muscle groups with exercises such as weight training, swimming, or running, can burn substantial amounts of fat leading to that body you have always wanted. Diet is a big part of burning fat. You have to control your portion sizes when you eat. If your taking in more than 2000 calories in a day while trying to lose weight, then you will never lose the weight you want. Try keeping your caloric intake around 1600 while increases your cardiovascular activities each week. You can’t really eat what you want and still lose weight. you have to learn control.
By working your larger muscle groups more, your body will burn the intake calories faster and then begin to burn the fat cells that have developed in those unwanted areas. If calorie intake is more than 2000, then you will only burn off the meal from the night before and still leaving the fat you already have.

I agree with this article. However, different people come with different type of body shapes. Some tend to store more fat around the waistline rather than the legs and buttocks so I guess knowing our body well is part of the challenge. But anyway, toning is the best to get better shapes, but combining with cardio exercise will give better results.
