How to Get a Six Pack

My tips on how to get a flat tummy or a washboard sixpack!

NB when i refer to 6 pack i of course am talking about the abdominal

  1. If your over weight start doing lots of cardio and loose the weight, you can visit my article on how to loose weight but this is about getting a 6 pack.
  2. Investigate different exercise for targeting th 6 pack muscle.
  3. You often have one but its covered by fat!…so start doing some cycling at the gym or the cross trainer to loss the fat sitting on the belly.
  4. Don’t just do sit ups, expand to core exercise, that way you engage your whole body which makes the 6 pack more engaged and very strong.
  5. Try when ever you have a free moment clenching your bum really hard and flexing your abs, sounds weird but it works.
  6. if you can afford it buy an electric pulse ab machine, this sends electricity into the abs, but in my opinion its the lazy mans sit up.
  7. Running running running will help dramatically, it will shed fat and stack your abs.
  8. If you really get desperate…buy clenbuteral or t3 but be careful and do research as to what they are and what they do!
