Natural diet to gain weight:-
1.To gain weight you must eat more calories than your body is currently burning.
2.Drink at least 3 glasses of milk each day to gain weight.
3.Do not eat junk food and soft drinks.
4.Eat 5-6 bananas daily for gaining weight, you can have banana milkshake which is an easier way to gain weight.
5.You may take these fats for example:- coconut oil, animal fats, eggs ,Essential oils ,butter, cheese, it helps to gain weight easily.
6.Along with exercising, incorporate yoga and meditation into your daily routine to relax your body.
7.Drink plenty of water.
8. After the exercise take proper rest.
