How to Lose 10 Pounds in Two Hours and How to Lose 10 Pounds in Two Months

Losing 10 pounds in two hours is possible but not healthy. Losing 10 pounds in two months ironically requires more discipline, but it is very healthy. In this article, you will learn how to do both.

Your probably thinking, “10 pounds in 2 hours, impossible!”  Well, you’re half right.  The weight you lose will all be water weight and not fat weight, so it will not change your appearance.  But if for some reason you still want to lose 10 pounds in 2 hours, maybe for an MMA weigh in, here’s how:

1)      You’re going to have to sweat A LOT, so grab a sauna suit.  For those of you who are cheap, grab a plastic bag and cut holes for your head and arms for a home made sauna suit.

2)      Before you put on the suit, you can rub albolene on your body.  Albolene is a makeup remover which opens up your pores and heats up your skin, so you will sweat more.

3)      After your nice and gooped up, throw on your sauna suit and sit in the sauna for 15 minute intervals.  Do not stay in there for too long.

4)      After 15 minutes come out for about 3-5 minutes and wipe yourself off so you can sweat some more.  Repeat step 3

5)      Do not drink anything during this time, as it will negate whatever weight you just lost in sweat.  If you are suffering greatly, chew on some ice chips and spit it out.

6)      Alternatively, you can wear your sauna suit and go run on a hot day or indoors on a treadmill.  After you lose the 10 pounds, hydrate yourself back up and don’t end up in the emergency room.

The much healthier alternative is losing 10 pounds in 2 months, or a little over a pound a week.  This weight IS fat loss and will stay off.

1)      The key here is a calorie deficit.  1 pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories.  This means that each day you need a calorie deficit of 500 to lose 1 pound of fat in a week.

2)      You can do this easily by cutting out sodas, sweets, and fast foods and eating veggies at every meal.

3)      Count your calories using fitday or a similar software to find out your calorie deficit

4)      Make diet adjustments as necessary.  I think people know what is and is not healthy, even if they don’t usually follow it.

5)      Drink plenty of water since it necessary for all your bodily functions

6)      Try to eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day, instead of three larger ones

Following these steps will cause you to lose about a pound a week, and probably more in the beginning.  This is the simpler way to lose 10 pounds.  Good luck in your weight loss endeavors.
