How to: Lose 2-20 Pounds a Month Easy and 100% Free!
In this tutorial, I am showing you how to loose weight easily without loosing a cent and without starving and in a healthy way.
Eat less.
Don’t be offended by this, its the most honest way for me to tell you.
For example, instead of eating 3 breads a day, eat 2. that way, instead of eating 21 a week you only eat 14. and instead of eating 93 in a month you only eat 62.
On the next month instead of eating 2, eat only 1. that way instead of eating 14 a week you only eat 7 and instead of eating 62 a month you only eat 31.
In two months you’ve reduced from 93 breads to 31 a month.
And imagine you love Coca-Cola, instead of drinking 6 glasses a day, drink 3. and if you feel thirsty, drink 3 more of water. That way, instead of drinking 186 glasses of Coca-Cola a month, you only have 93 and the water is good for your health.And try consuming even less, whatever it is
And if you can’t stop drinking Coca-Cola, (like me) you can always “trade it”.
Drink the same amount, but stop going to McDonald’s every week and start going once a month.
Please note that the Bread, the Coca-Cola and the McDonald’s are just examples, you can do the same with pretty much everything! Note that, you can loose 2 pounds and you can also lose 20 pounds.
