  1. I have a question I need to lose 40 pounds in 4 months. I am going to the gym 4 times a week for 2 hours each day. I am only eating fruits veggies and fish . I have cut out soft drinks juice and coffee. I am only drinking 8 bottles of water a day Is it possible for me to lose this weight in 4 months.

  2. sure , most important is the burn more calories than intake this is the simplest rule to lose weight :)
