How to Lose Weight and Increase Your Metabolism
These foods will help you lose weight and feel great.
Learning about foods that will make you lose weight and increase your metabolism is a hard task for a lot of people. Increasing your metabolic rate is also very important so after you lose the pond they can stay off. Here is some of my techniques that I have tried with great successs. This is not some miracle diet, I used to weigh 195lbs now I’m at 150 looking and feeling great.

My 10 tips for losing weight and increasing your metabolic rate.
- First make sure that you have healthy foods around you I mean stock your fridge with low calorie, high fiber foods.
- Exercise, it can get monotonous, listen to your favorite music while exercising or hit a gym.
- Eat smaller meals, more frequently.
- Set goals for slow weight loss. Keep a food diary to record what you’re eating. 2-3 pounds per week is a realistic goal.
- Consult a doctor to find an exercise program that is best for you.
- Do not force your body to lose weight extremely fast as this can make your body go in to a shock.
- You can let people know that you are trying to lose weight, perhaps your friend, family member could join you.
- Eat foods with a lot of fiber as it will make you fuller and enhance your metabolism.
- A daily multivitamin may help to make sure you not missing any important nutrients, we tend to get hungry when our bodies are deficient in vitamins, minerals.
- Stay well hydrated, a lot of people mistake thirst for hunger.

Metabolic rate-is basically how much energy your body converts from calories and body fat.
Fiber rich foods: vegetables, nuts our bodies do not digest all the fiber but it helps to burn off a lot of calories. The reason both exercise and strength training can improve your metabolism? Muscle burns calories more efficiently than fat; the more muscle you have in relation to your body fat, the higher your metabolism will be. Aging also has a dramatic effect on your metabolism, strength training will help you.
