How to Lose Weight Fast
Losing weight is a simple task. Just have the determination to lose weight. Don’t starve. Just follow the simple steps.

- Open your writing pad. Set clear and achievable goals. Write your target weight and target period.
- Write your daily food routine clearly. You will know what you eat.
- From the next day onwards only consume half of what you have consumed previously. If you eat 4 bread slices for your dinner now you have to eat only 2.
- Eat at the same time everyday. Don’t confuse your body.
- After each time you eat have a slow walk for 5min.
- Don’t sit too much. This will increase your waist line.
- Daily morning do some cardio exercise for 15 min. Don’t do strength training exercises. Cardio exercises are walking, jogging etc.
- After each successful day give a tick in the calender.
- Don’t use weight loss pills. It may affect your health in later stages of your life.
