How to Lose Weight Fast

Losing weight is a simple task. Just have the determination to lose weight. Don’t starve. Just follow the simple steps.

  1. Open your writing pad. Set clear and achievable goals. Write your target weight and target period.
  2. Write your daily food routine clearly. You will know what you eat.
  3. From the next day onwards only consume half of what you have consumed previously. If you eat 4 bread slices for your dinner now you have to eat only 2.
  4. Eat at the same time everyday. Don’t confuse your body.
  5. After each time you eat have a slow walk for 5min.
  6. Don’t sit too much. This will increase your waist line.
  7. Daily morning do some cardio exercise for 15 min. Don’t do strength training exercises. Cardio exercises are walking, jogging etc.
  8. After each successful day give a tick in the calender.
  9. Don’t use weight loss pills. It may affect your health in later stages of your life.
