How to Lose Weight – No Gimmicks Here

People are fat because they over eat. The only way to lose weight is to eat less. So if you are fat you need to accept that you eat like a pig. When you keep your mouth shut you will lose weight.
Obesity is not a medical condition. Fat cannot be created spontaneously. Fat is made from the excessive amounts of food which is eaten.

Losing weight is easy. This article contains the basic truths. If you cannot deal with it, just click it away and your weight problems will haunt you for the rest of your life. Read this article and stop fooling yourself, stop wasting your hard earned dollars.

No person puts on weight without over eating. Some persons claim they have metabolic disorders that make them put on weight. This is a lie. Admit it. If you keep your mouth shut you will lose weight.

No person ever puts on weight if they do not over eat. Persons who overeat can lose weight by not eating. So if you fall in this category and you want to lose weight then you need to keep your mouth shut.

No person who eats very little puts on weight. If you feel you eat very little and still put on weight. You can lose weight by keeping your mouth shut.

No person who has just given birth to a child puts on weight. If you are one who falls under this category you too can lose weight. The solution is to keep your mouth shut.

No person ever goes to the fridge, looks at the fridge and puts on weight. If you fall in this category then you too can lose weight by keeping your mouth shut. Keep your money.

No person has a disease which results in the person putting on weight. If you have this disease please transmit it to thin people. Even these people have hope. Keep the mouth shut.

No person has that unique, newly discovered disease which makes a person put on weight without eating in excess. However, if you happen to be the one in a billion person because your doctor from the moon told you so, you too have hope. Keep your mouth shut.

No person ever has thyroid disorder which makes him put on weight. If you do have this disorder there is hope for you too. Keep your mouth shut.

No person ever puts on weight because the doctor prescribed them a medication. They put on weight because they over ate. Then they blame the doctor. There is hope for them too. Keep the mouth shut.

Society has learned to explain overeating in nice ways. They have classified over eating as a medical condition. This is all bull.

Obesity is caused by over eating. There are no medical causes of obesity. I know your doctor told you so. He is being polite.

Energy cannot be created. Energy is merely shifted from food to fat tissue because of over eating. If one keeps his or her mouth shut obesity will disappear. This is the truth.

We as a society need to take responsibility for our actions. If we eat in excess we will get fat. Sooner or later we will have to deal with it.

Go deal with it now. Stop going to the gym, throw out the special diet, and eat normal food. Do work which you enjoy. Be real. Be yourself. Keep control on your mouth, its your responsibility.

  1. I’m at the moment writing a book about losing weight. I too plan to do a lot of the myth busting that you’ve done here.

    Yes, over eating is definitely the cause of weight gain. A bit of physical activity never hurt either.

  2. I hope you do it. There are thousands of diet scams. They all say their diet works. No one says that you will lose weight simply by eating less.

    Have you ever been overweight?

    I suspect not because there are many parts in your writing which are flawed. Some points are worded very insensitively.

    If it were as simple as you say, obesity would not be an epidemic in the USA and growing worldwide.

    By the way, I am obese and I eat like a mouse,not a pig …..when i travel to the states, I cannot eat a whole main course

    I am sorry if you are one of the very few people who have genuine metabolic disorder.

    Before I published this article I did a lot of soul searching. The reason it is phrased crudely is to “give a jolt” to those who use metabolic disorders as an excuse for their obesity. Too many people are using “metabbolic disorders” as an excuse. I am truly sorry to the sincerely metabolically unwell individuals, sorry.

    I’m put off by this. Now I do agree with your article for MOST individuals. I have read through some of your stuff and as of right now it hasn’t been helpful. I have spent a long time trying diets and making excuses for my weight gain. I decided to cut the bull. I eat less, i work out more… and I gain weight, not muscle I still have fat.

    I eat even less and work out even more.. and I gain weight. I am obese right now, I work out 3 to 5 hours a day (high cardio 4 to 5 times a a week and weights/lifting 3 days a week). I feel healthy, I can run stairs, and work out like the thin people next to me and then eat less then them.

    I drink only water, no tea, soda, coffee or juices, just water. I used to eat between 1500 and 2000 calories a day. I am now down to 750 to 1200 calories a day. I am still gaining weight. I do not have a metabolic disorder, I refused to say I do, my doctors requested to check me and even proved that I don’t.

    This should be in my power and control. I don’t eat like a pig, I work out hard. So what am I doing wrong? What do I need to change? Do I need to just become full out anorexic? cut down to 250 to 500 calories a day? I’m not tryint to be sarcastic if thats how it’s coming across, i’m just wondering what your thoughts are and if you have any advice?
