How I lost three pounds in a week without exercising!
Losing weight is something on many peoples minds. Unfortunately the grind of life eats up peoples schedules. So I will tell you how I lost 3 pounds in one week without exercise.
The first is water. You can not drink calories. Drink only water
Eat pinto beans and black beans.
Eat only grass fed beef
Eat chicken breasts
Eat egg whites
No fried foods
Eat about 4-6 small meals a day.
If you follow the diet you should see results in the first week.
Only weigh yourself two times a week at most because weight fluctuates up and down. Their is no reason to be discouraged if you gain a pound on the diet because it will disappear if you continue to follow it.
