How to Stay Slim
Six ways to stay slim, trim and beautiful (not to mention healthy).
It is not easy to stay trim and slim as it requires your self-control and discipline. You should bear in mind with some important points highlighted here.
- Avoid nibbling on sweet food like cakes, biscuits, sweets, lollipops, candies and chocolates. If you could not stop from a sweet tooth, then go for carrots, cucumbers or apples instead of sweetened foods.
- Do not overeat. Prepare and cook only the amount of food you should eat, so that you will not be tempted to finish all the leftovers. Use a smaller-sized plate for a smaller serving purpose. Cut down unnecessary diet which will make you feel parts of your anatomy getting heavier. Do not encourage supper or any meals after 10p.m.
- Exercise regularly to burn off extra calories. Alternatively, you can do some household chores such as mopping, washing and gardening. Apart from gaining health rewards, your slim waistline could be maintained by doing such consistent activities.
- Increase food rich in fiber is a wise move to stay slim. Cut down on red meat and eat leaner meat in smaller portions. Avoid inflammatory foods such as trans-fats, deep-fried meals. Adopt diet rich in organic vegetables, fruit and grains.
- It is advisable to boil, poach or steam food instead of frying. Food high in oil content not only makes you put on weight, but also increase your heart attack risk.
- Always drink a glass of good water before a meal as it will make you feel full and cause you to consume less food
Remember! Do not eat for habit, but eat only for hunger. Do not overeat because of stress or as an antidote to boredom. Consider food as a source of energy; keep yourself discipline and self-control, if you are serious to make yourself look slim, trim and beauty.
An effective weight loss program requires positive attitude, consistent exercise and a low diet in sugar and fat content but rich in plant proteins, vitamins and fiber.

its insperative but not so clear about the health precautions such as what food would be in the categaries of fibre, what is the food which is fuul of nutrients what will the nature of daily deit.

It is not that hard to control hunger. Just try to always remind yourself what happens if you over eat…………you fail at completing your task and you have to start over

i’m 17yrs old & i’m 5′7 & weight 157 last time i checked & my mom & grandma recently told me i was get fat & its been stressing me out. lately i been teared up over what they sed to me. i’m into sprots like soccer, basketball & softball. i workout but not on a everyday basics. i love junk food i guess alot when i kno i shouldnt be eating it. Allways remember to eat healthy guys and just try to think positively…. stressing about your weight will only make you misserable. feel good about yourself and what you look like will make it easier to be healthier and never obsess about your weight it will only lead to failure take it from someone who knows both end of the scales literally…take care y’all!

To keep slim, you should limit the intake as suggested, that means not more than 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), cut the intake of meat but increase the intake of fruits and vegetables appropriately beside getting yourself exercise regularly.

thanks im also 12 and i wouldnt say im over weight but i have a tummy if u no wat i mean and any top i wear i look REALLY fat. i was at choir and i had to cover my stomach from my friends i was so embarrased so thanks so much! btw. i lost 3 pounds in 5 days!!!!!!!!!

certain food cause bloating – like pop. You don’t really give me enough info. I know that when someone gave up pop they lost 5 pounds in a week – their stomach. Salty foods cause us to retain water also, & salt can be found in anything processed, especially canned soup & snack foods. I would advise you to leave those things alone. Muscles contractions can be done while sitting at a desk and no one has to know. Tighten muscles count to ten release (for an example). I exercise at my computer all the time. It helps me concentrate too.

It’s impossible that you can get slimming body within 5 days. You should follow the instruction here closely and you’ll get slim gradually.
