Look Great for 2008

Are you tired of trying to diet, and failing? Try this diet out. It helped me lose 10 pounds in one week.

First off, some rules:

  • Cut out pop, juice, and any drinks that contain a lot of caffeine or sugar.
  • Cut out all condiments.
  • Cut out white bread and rice, switch to Ramen noodles and sourdough English muffins.
  • Cut out red meat and switch to chicken an tuna packed in water.
  • Switch from American cheese to low fat string cheese or provolone cheese.
  • Buy a safe, natural laxative. Can be found at Swanson Vitamins.

Sample Diet Plan

Breakfast

  • 1 English muffin with a little Smart Balance butter
  • 1 low fat string cheese
  • 16 oz. bottled water

-or-

Fruit smoothie made with your choice of fruit and yogurt.

Lunch: Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 oz. diced cubed chicken breast
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 cups fresh chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped fresh carrot
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cauliflower
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced green, red, and yellow peppers
  1. Heat 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil in a wok.
  2. Sautee until chicken is done thoroughly. Add only spices that are salt free or natural. I recommend Grill Mates Salt-free Chicken seasoning as well as parsley, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil in a wok. Add the vegetables. Sautee over medium heat until vegetables are heated through but not so long the veggies get mushy. I like them to be crunchy. Mix with chicken mixture and heat over low heat until everything is hot.
  4. Make 1-2 packages of Ramen noodles without the seasoning. Drain noodles. Put noodles on the plate and top with veggies and chicken. Enjoy.

Mid-Morning and Afternoon Snack

  • 1 Granny Smith green apple
  • 1 8oz. cup of hot green tea

Green tea has been known the help boost metabolism as well as be a great antioxidant.

Dinner: Tuna Salad

  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup diced fresh mushrooms
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • 6 oz tuna packed in water
  • Dressing: ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup salsa

Mix the amounts until you get your desired taste and consistency. This is a great alternative to ranch dressing.

I used this diet along with 3 15 minute walks per day and in one week I lost 10 pounds. Don’t forget to get a gentle colon cleanse pill or formula. When radically changing a diet like this you want to make sure that your body is eliminating properly.
