Loosing Weight

Obesity.

Obesity is common health problem. Loosing weight can be a great problem. But few tips can help in loosing weight.

  1. Do not eat salty food. Do not add salt to your food.
  2. Try to eat fruits and boiled vegetables.
  3. You should exercise daily for 1-2 hours. It will help in reducing weight.
  4. Drink lot of water. Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily.
  5. Do not add sugar to your tea. Try to drink tea without sugar.
  6. Try to drink lot of juice.
  7. Take a good sleep.
  8. Avoid eating oil food.

But do consult with your doctor before trying out these exercises.

  3. Good information. Sometimes we forget that losing weight can be easy.

  4. Good easy tips. But sometimes the 1 to 2 hour workout is hard to find the time for, and you have to watch your carb intake. I have had to battle my weight since I was a teenager. I manager is better now that my husband and I are ballroom dancers. Thanks for a good article.

  5. Good sensible, factual write. Thank you for your comment. If the truth be known, I have never undertaken tuition. I am uncertain of quality of material, and, can only go on the opinion of others, such as yourself.

    A piece of advice though, if you havn’t already, I would suggest you read the works of Ken Bultman, a true professional.
