Lose 10 Pounds in a Week

A simple weight loss plan that works wonders.

Here are my tips to lose 10 pounds in a week:

Exercise!

  1. Tune into your favorite song and start dancing (be crazy).
  2. Do about 50 sit ups a day.
  3. Run for about 10 minutes in one place(don’t move but run).
  4. Walk around in your house or outside for a mile daily.

Diet: It’s might be hard but you can do it!

  1. Drink 12 cups of water daily(you will use the bathroom a lot).
  2. Eat 5 apples a day, and other fruits like grapes, bananas, oranges.(You could make a fruit salad for lunch and dinner , easier).
  3. Eat about 6 vegetables a day, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers and other. You can make a salad with vegetables for lunch and dinner. Also you can buy V8 drinks that could also help.
  4. Drink 1 cup of low fat milk, and eat 1 egg everyday and small amount of cheese.
  5. You can eat some other stuff with this but watch the calories and also if you are frying chicken or something, boil it(will taste different but hey).
  6. Stay away from chips and candy. You can buy free sugar candy at your local stores. Use Splenda for coffee and other stuff. Buy sugar free jams at your local store to use on bread, this could be delicious for your lunch at work. Get two slices of bread and put jam on one them and cover up with the other slice(tasty!).

  21. This is ridiculous…
    You have to burn more than you consume and eating a ton of fruit is a lot of sugar. Walking around your house isn’t going to get your heart rate up. I would think to loose ten pounds in a week, a lot of it will be water weight, obviously, you’re not going to loose 10 pounds of fat in a week.
    Cut back on salt, only drink water, and don’t eat anyu carbs for a week and only low sugar fruits that with at least 5 hours of cardio with weights 3-4 days a week should do it. But keep in mind, probably 5 pounds of this is water weight.

  22. Im 14 and weigh 196 i just lost 6 pounds. I would do the diet but i dont think that i have all that food. I live in a family of 5 and money is tight, my mom would probably buy it but its embarrasing asking for food even if it is healthy. Thanks any way it sounded like it would work, I’ll just try it my own way… =)
