Want to lose weight? Start eating your breakfast.
Yes my title is correct. Your eyes are OK! Your question is how do you lose weight if you eat breakfast?
Sure you can! Why not? The reason people are fat is not because you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. It’s because you have fat trap in your body.
If you don’t eat, how is your body going to be healthy? And if your body is not healthy how is your body going to work finely? And if that’s not good, toxic and fat will be trapped in your body.
And by the by breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It doesn’t let you crave for sweat stuff. Yeah stuff that make you fat…sugar!
By eating the right portion and exercising right, your body will be perfectly healthy. There’s no point to go beyond normal weight.
