Drink 8 glasses of water a day. (Healthier and Cheaper)

This flashes away toxins which are culprits of poor health and ugliness.

Eat meals in right proportion

You should eat more during breakfast because you need the energy for the day. Eat light during lunch and dinner. You don’t need as much energy when you sleep.

Exercise is part of a healthy lifestyle….makes you feel and look good.
