Lose Weight Through Hypnosis

Being able to control your weight and keeping off weight as you grow older, is crucial  to preventing a host of weight-related health issues.

  • Hypnosis is one method of gaining access to your subliminal state. Whilst you are in an “hypnotic state,” your body will be far more responsive to suggestibility due to your deepened state of concentration.  However, this does not necessarily mean that through the art of hypnosis, your mind will be automatically “reprogrammed” to be able to lose weight.  Through hypnotic sessions, you will be provided with assistance to help break any bad habits which may be contributing to your weight gain i.e. to reduce snacking/eating fatty foods/overeating.  Hypnosis can also help you gain more confidence with your appearance, and can help you have a better understanding with your relationship with food; for example are you eating for comfort because you feel sad or do you just have an exceptionally sweet tooth?

Using hypnosis to help strengthen your mind and resolve with regards to weight loss, in addition to a healthy and balanced diet, will help to drastically improve your chances of losing weight.  By using this method, you will be able to lose more weight in addition to having a more relaxed and refreshed state of mind.
