To contact kundalini, it is used one of the body activator. The activator can be resulted from hungry experience, because it is the way to touch kundalini. Moreover, hungry experience results suprising power used to spiritual and healing. That is why, since thousands years ago, fasting has been the best way to increase our health. When people do fasting all day to get an ideal body-shaped, you just need to do it some times.

When your body connects with kundalini, you naturally get harmony. Amusingly, people with slim bodies or with high activities often do it, but they don’t realize it.

Stimulate the Basic Energy

It is required a certain techniques to stimulate kundalini or basic energy. But do not worry. The techniques below are very simple. The more you spend your time to practice, the more benefit you will get.

  1. First Step: Before eating your meal, look at your meal for one or two minutes. In the same time, try to consider what you feel. When you’re ready, enjoy the meal. The more you enjoy it, the more benefit you will get. It allows kundalini to grow. Stop eating in your first minutes and re-look the meal in front of you. Eating with full consciousness will build larger awareness. Notice, have you ever eaten your meal without realizing the taste?
