Losing Belly Fat

The best exercises to lose belly fat.

Doing a lot of cardio is one way to burn fat, but it doesn’t always burn the fat in the areas we really want it to. I think the hardest place to lost fat is in the belly. The best exercises to do to burn belly fat are exercises that include doing spurts of high intensity cardio.

One great way to lost belly fat is to run in sprints. Start out at a slow pace jog or even just walking for about a minute, then run as fast as you can for as long as you can which generally is only about 15 seconds if you are really running your fastest. Repeat this process about 20 times.

Another great way to lose belly fat is to run up and down stairs. Run your hardest and fastet up the strairs and then jog down. Repeat as many times as you can.

You can also jump rope for 2 minutes to start out with, then do pushups for 1 minute, then jump rope for 1 minute, do pushups with leg lifts for 1 minute. Repeat this process 4 times and you will get in a nice 20 minute fat blasting exercise!
