Losing Weight

A fairly simple and true way to lose weight.

Hello there. I have lost about 30 pounds in two months. Here is the simple way I did it.

1. Main Rule!

Make your diet healthier. This does not mean barely eating or becoming a vegetarian. This means if you see an open bag of chips, try hard to not take one. If you are like me and you never stop at one, this can be very difficult. But if you follow it, it will work. Also, if your hungry, EAT. Just eat the right stuff. Avoid trans fats and eat more healthy foods. Also for a fairly healthy snack that fills you up. Eat All Bran Maple cereal. It tastes quite allright and has a bunch of fibre. But one main thing that helped my eating habits was switching from regular soda to diet soda or even healthy other drinks like vitamin water. This will help a lot.

2. Daily Exercise

If you find yourself sitting on the couch get up and go. But don’t go to the gym and bore yourself to death. Find something you like. I am now into mountain biking. Very active and extremely fun. I think that one hour a day is a good amount of daily exercise. If you can not fit that in, I have done simple things like crunches or other ab workouts to keep my body going.

3. Stay On Task

I have tried loosing weight before but failed. Don’t slip, especially during the hard times. I gained 20 pounds last summer because I could not control myself. If you want results you have to keep up. It is key.

So i hope this works for you. It has worked for me and I plan to continue following it.
