I’m going to start a blog on how to lose or maintain current weight.
Tomorrow Is going to be my first day exercising. I currently weight around 170 pounds. Anyone who reads this can follow me or wait for results. I currently am doing this blogs to help me become more motivated please support and comment on my blogs. To start you off I will tomorrow in the morning drink GREEN TEA its filled with Antioxidants and drink plenty off water. Meaning drinking water every meal and sometimes for breakfast except when eating bread and cutting sweets out. I also have motivational words up in my walls to help me get in the mood for exercising.
Also for what new tips and plans I have.
Exercising can be fun you can jump rope, run, walk, weight training, videos, dance, swimming. Always be on the move.
For those who know me I used to weight in high school 240 pounds I lost 50 pounds in total. I will keep you posted on everything and as for food I don’t really diet just try to eat more vegetables and don’t eat sweets. Only 1 day a month.
