How to keep your metabolism healthy and working for you, so you can keep your weight down.
A healthy metabolism is the key to controlling your weight. Exercise and eating right is the way to keep your metabolism running correctly. In this article I have made it a point to discuss diet and exercise as it correlates directly toward up keeping your metabolism to a healthy state, such as to bring your weight to a level that is healthy for your body.
Morning Start
Eating breakfast is importing to keeping your metabolism running properly throughout the day. Breakfast is like when you go to start your car in the morning on a cold winter day up north and you have to warm up the car for awhile before you take off. Your metabolism is the same way. It needs that warm up in the morning for it to run properly to get you where you need to get to during the day.
Exercise = Metabolize
Exercise is a strong factor in the metabolism game. Anything from sit-ups, jumping jacks, to light jogging and speed walking are good to keeping your metabolism consistent and healthy. For your exercising program you should keep on a good plan. Consistency is efficiency in getting your metabolism to work with your workout plan. Regularly exercising can energizes your metabolism to break down food to provide you with the energy you need.
Eating The Metabo Way!
Quality over quantity is a saying I am sure you have heard before, but let me explain what it means in the metabolized world. It’s better to eat small meals several times a day, than three big meals. This is usually five smaller portions instead of three large portions. This helps us not to overload our metabolism with work, but instead let our metabolism to break down easier workloads. Say you work in a factory and you have to work strange hours every day. On Monday and Tuesday you have to only work three two hour sessions with breaks in between, but the work is very hard and completely exhausting and overworking. Then the rest of the week Wednesday through Friday you have to work six one hour sessions, but the work is easy and light. You would feel much better at the end of the day during the second half of the week as opposed to the first two days of the week. Not only that, but this is how we can think of our metabolism. So give the factory worker a break! The Second point I want to make here is when it’s alright to eat. I’d call this eating right and not too much at night. As I’ve said it’s ok to eat several meals a day, but you should also remember not too eat too late in day. I would recommend not eating after six in the afternoon. The reason for this is because your metabolism works weakest during the night, and you want to give your body as much time as possible during the day to metabolize your food intake while you are not sleeping.
