A tiny waist is one of the most desirable things for a woman to have, when it comes to her body. I used to have a 26 inch waist, that was years ago. Then, I had a baby and now my waist is 29 inches. I am on a mission to get it down 24 inches.
I am now doing everything I can to get my waist down to 24 inches. Here is what I am doing, I am working out four times a week. I am doing cardio for an hour on each of these days, I do toning exercises on alternate days, meaning I do them three times a week.
I am also wearing a corset for eight hours a day. I sometimes wear it to bed, I am rubbing coconut oil on my stomach on a daily basis, which is really working. I started at 32 inches and I have lost three inches already, in less than a month. When I am done, my waist will be smaller than it was 10 years ago.
Another important factor in losing belly fat, is drinking plenty of water. I have been drinking 10 large glasses of water a day. I have also been drinking senna tea at night before I go to bed, which helps to cleanse the colon and remove toxins, this also helps with bloating. Which is one of the reasons why many people can never get a totally flat stomach.
When it comes to losing weight and reaching goals, one thing you should always remember is that in order to reach your goals, you have to believe that you can do it. If you do not believe that you can do it, you will never achieve your goals. Work hard and never give up, just like I always say. “Tomorrow, our seeds will grow all we need is dedication”
