Sharon wanted to lose some weight for wedding. Here is what I helped her do:
Maybe you have a special engagement and you want to fit into something a little smaller, and you don’t have a lot of time from now until that occasion. That’s fine! You can safely shrink (lose some body fat) over the next 30 days by doing what Sharon did. She lost two full pant sizes and said she had more energy. Here is the program Sharon did:
There is no crash diet needed in this program, but it will take discipline. We want to remain healthy with good nutrition as we strive to look better for the situation, whatever it may be. The biggest thing she did was control her sugar intake. She said, “Keep track and cut out most sugary foods and drinks for now.” “This will account for hundreds of calories over the next 30 days.” She also said, “Drink green or black tea if you need energy.” She previously ate sugary foods and drank soda for her energy needs, but it helped her put on body fat even though she was active physically. To really help herself, she replaced one meal per day with a nutritious protein shake and a multi-vitamin (and other tablet nutrition from a company called Herbalife). Sharon lost 6lbs and shrank two pant sizes just doing this simple program and was never hungry or out of energy. She even noticed her skin was “better” by doing this simple program.
